Goods are shipped world wide from Sydney, Australia via regular post using Australia Post. There is no tracking or insurance on this standard service.
If you would like your parcel to be sent by registered mail, express postage or via a couriered service, please contact the studio for a quotation.
You will receive an email confirming the dispatch of your goods on the day it is shipped.
Standard shipping within Australia takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Standard overseas delivery times may vary from between 3-20 business days (approx.) depending on your location however once the goods leave our freight forwarder, we have no control over the length of time taken to reach you.
International customers please investigate your countries duty/taxes on overseas purchases before you make a purchase as YOU ARE BRAVE cannot be responsible these.

Returns & Exchanges
YOU ARE BRAVE proudly offers hand screen printed and handmade goods. We take very special care to produce goods of the highest possible standard for the handmade market. The characteristics of printing & making goods by hand can include slight irregularities & variations in appearance. This is part of the charm of handmade products & integral to the soul of the YOU ARE BRAVE label.
Each listed item is carefully checked, faithfully described & great care is taken in its dispatch. YOU ARE BRAVE does not use filters or lenses in portraying it’s products however please be aware that the various computer & device screens depict colour slightly differently. Please note that print colours may vary slightly from one print run to the next. This is because colours are individually mixed by hand, in-house. We ask that you read item descriptions & care instructions as well as our Terms & Conditions before making a purchase.
Please follow the care instructions that come with each item purchased. Unless otherwise stated all fabrics are pre-shrunk & the prints are heat set so that the item you purchase will not shrink & the print colours will not run. YOU ARE BRAVE does not offer refunds, replacement or repair of goods damaged by misuse or failure to follow care instructions.
Items leave the YOU ARE BRAVE workroom only after being thoroughly checked & duly packaged. If your goods should arrive damaged please email the studio within 3 days so that we can take the issue up with the shipping company. On return of the damaged goods a replacement will be issued promptly. Return freight/postage & any duties will be at your own expense. Items that have been obviously used ie. stained, torn or washed will not be replaced.
